Incident affecting Cloud Developer Tools, Container Registry

We've received a report of an issue with Container Registry

The issue with Container Registry has been resolved for all affected projects as of Tuesday, 2023-01-31 23:22 US/Pacific.

Summary: We've received a report of an issue with Container Registry

Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team.

We do not have an ETA for mitigation at this point.

We will provide more information by Wednesday, 2023-02-01 00:30 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: When customers pull images from Container Registry, it fails with VPC SC violation with the error message "NETWORK_NOT_IN_SAME_SERVICE_PERIMETER" at the Artifact registry service.

Workaround: None at this time.
