We've received a report of an issue with Google Cloud Build.

Incident began at 2019-06-12 02:17 and ended at 2019-06-12 03:13 (all times are US/Pacific).

	12 Jun 2019	03:13 PDT	The issue with Cloud Build errors has been resolved for all affected users as of Wednesday, 2019-06-12 03:12 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
	12 Jun 2019	03:10 PDT	Google Cloud functions deployments are experiencing a 20% error rate. Our engineering team is still investigating the issue.We will provide another status update by Wednesday, 2019-06-12 03:58 US/Pacific with current details.
