	16 Aug 2018	10:44 PDT	The issue with Cloud SQL First Generation instance unavailability has been resolved for all affected projects as of Thursday, 2018-08-16 10:38 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
	16 Aug 2018	10:43 PDT	We've received a report of an issue with Google Cloud SQL as of Thursday, 2018-08-16 08:48 US/Pacific. We will provide more information by Thursday, 2018-08-16 11:00 US/Pacific.
