Symptoms: Customers may not be able to apply changes to their private clusters or workloads when upgrading the cluster master, updating addons or rotating master IPs. Please avoid upgrading the master, updating addons or rotating master IPs for GKE private clusters. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Tuesday, 2020-02-25 05:00 US/Pacific with current details.
