Summary: Google Cloud customers unable to purchase support subscriptions

Description: We are experiencing an issue with Google Cloud Support.

Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.

We will provide an update by Monday, 2023-08-07 16:35 US/Pacific with current details.

We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption.

Diagnosis: Create Subscription, is timing out and failing to create new support subscriptions. This is affecting all customers purchasing through our online buy flow for Standard and Enhanced.

Workaround: None at this time.
