Cloud Vision - Vision API
Cloud Vision API experienced increased latency and decreased availability for Cloud ML Vision text detection features for a duration of 4 hours, 19 minutes.
From preliminary analysis, the root cause of the issue was due to a recent update in the Optical Character Recognition [OCR] Model  which resulted in performance issues on Cloud Vision API.
The issue was resolved on Wednesday, 20 April 22:18 once a rollback of the change was completed.
