External HTTP Load Balancer and Cloud Armor configuration changes are being delayed

Summary: External HTTP Load Balancer and Cloud Armor configuration changes are being delayed

Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team.

We do not have an ETA for mitigation at this point.

We will provide more information by Thursday, 2021-05-20 07:30 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: External HTTP Load Balancer and Cloud Armor configuration changes are not going in effect timely.

Workaround: The configuration changes will eventually be propagated.
