Google Distributed Cloud Edge: We are seeing issues with management traffic between GDC Connected Zones and Google.

The issue with Google Distributed Cloud Edge is believed to be affecting a very small number of customers and our Engineering Team is working on it.

If you have questions or are impacted, please open a case with the Support Team and we will work with you until this issue is resolved.

Summary: Google Distributed Cloud Edge: We are seeing issues with management traffic between GDC Connected Zones and Google.

Description: Upon investigation, our engineers have determined that this issue does not have a global impact. The issue has been confirmed to be impacting the following regions only:

europe-north1 europe-west1 europe-west3 Europe-west9 northamerica-northeast1 northamerica-northeast2 us-central1 us-east1 us-west1

Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team.

We do not have an ETA for mitigation at this point.

We will provide more information by Monday, 2024-06-03 18:00 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: Customers impacted by this issue may be unable to create new clusters or upgrade GDC Connected versions on existing clusters.

This affects some system management tasks and cluster provisioning operations. Customer workloads are unaffected.

Workaround: None at this time.
