Cloud Scheduler, Appengine Queue and AppEngine Cron should be resolved for all affected users as of Wednesday, 2021-03-24 17:40 US/Pacific. Jobs impacted by this issue between 13:40 and 17:40 US/Pacific time will need to be manually retried. Jobs scheduled after 17:40 US/Pacific time should not be affected by this issue.
