The issue with Google Kubernetes Engine Node Pool creation through the Cloud Console UI has been resolved as of Friday, 2018-11-09 14:30 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
