Other GCP services in southamerica-west1 are not affected. The region should be accessible from interconnects outside of Santiago, Chile. Workaround: 1.Customers who have availed a 99.9% up-time do not have a workaround. 2.Customers who have opted for a 99.99% up-time could fail-over to other regions.

Diagnosis: Customers using Cloud interconnect in Santiago, Chile may experience availability issues, being unable to access GCP services via scl-zone1-7594 and scl-zone2-7594.
