The issue with Google Cloud Networking has been resolved for all affected projects as of Monday, 2023-02-06 09:12 US/Pacific.

Summary: europe-west9: Increased 500 Errors for GCLB traffic

Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team.

We do not have an ETA for mitigation at this point.

We will provide more information by Monday, 2023-02-06 10:15 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: GCLB queries going through the Cloud L2 GFEs in europe-west9 might erroneously receive a 50x HTTP error code.

Workaround: None at this time.
