Incident affecting Google Cloud Console

The issue with Cloud Console has been partially resolved as of 09:10 US/Pacific.

Incident began at 2020-02-07 08:29 and ended at 2020-02-07 10:18 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with Cloud Console has been resolved for all affected users as of Friday, 2020-02-07 09:10 US/Pacific.

Description: We believe that the issue with Cloud Console has been partially resolved. We do not have an ETA for full resolution at this time, however services have begun recovering as of 09:10 US/Pacific.

We will provide an update by Friday, 2020-02-07 11:00 US/Pacific with current details.

For customers unable to file support cases through the cloud console, please use https://support.google.com/cloud/contact/prod_issue

Diagnosis: Customers impacted by this issue may see Cloud Console load with increased latency or not function as expected, such as page actions appearing to do nothing.

Workaround: The gcloud command line interface is unaffected and may provide an alternative to the Cloud Console.

Mitigation work is currently underway by our Engineering team. We do not have an ETA for full resolution at this time, however services seem to have begun recovering.

Description: We are investigating an issue with Cloud Console beginning at 06:40 US/Pacific. Current data shows that users in eastern and central parts of North America are most heavily affected. We are currently exploring mitigation options but do not have an ETA for mitigation at this time.
