We are investigating an issue with Google Container Engine that is affecting cluster creation and upgrade. We will provide more information by 11:45 US/Pacific.

Incident began at 2018-02-06 11:09 and ended at 2018-02-06 11:49 (all times are US/Pacific).

	6 Feb 2018	11:49 PST	The issue with cluster creation and upgrade has been resolved for all affected projects as of 11:35 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
