The issue with Cloud Machine Learning Engine's Create Version has been resolved for all affected users as of 2017-12-15 10:55 US/Pacific.

Incident began at 2017-12-15 10:49 and ended at 2017-12-15 11:59 (all times are US/Pacific).

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
	15 Dec 2017	11:19 PST	The issue with Cloud Machine Learning Engine's Create Version should be resolved for the majority of users and we expect a full resolution in the near future. We will provide another status update by 12:00 US/Pacific with current details.
