Routers themselves are not impacted and should be working with no issues. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Tuesday, 2020-12-15 04:15 US/Pacific with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. Diagnosis: Visible decrease in Cloud Router data in Metrics Explorer. Workaround: None at this time. |
