Description: The engineering team is still in the process of rolling back a configuration change to mitigate this issue. Currently there is no estimate as to when this will be completed. We will provide another status update by Friday, 2019-06-07 06:00 US/Pacific with current details. Diagnosis: If you are unable to see a complete list of possible APIs to restrict your keys to while trying to add API restrictions to an API key in Cloud Console, then you are affected by this issue.
