Cloud L7 (HTTP) External LB configuration changes propagating with high latency

The issue with Cloud L7 (HTTP) External Load Balancer components has been resolved for all affected users as of Friday, 2021-01-08 12:21 US/Pacific.

Description: We are experiencing an intermittent issue with Cloud L7 (HTTP) External Load Balancer components beginning at Friday, 2021-01-08 11:39 US/Pacific.

Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.

We will provide an update by Friday, 2021-01-08 14:00 US/Pacific with current details.

We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption.

Diagnosis: Cloud L7 (HTTP) External LB updates appear stalled - customers will likely see delays to updating their projects.
