Incident affecting Cloud Machine Learning, Dialogflow CX, Dialogflow ES

We are investigating an issue with Dialogflow API. We will provide more information by Friday, 2018-08-03 06:30 US/Pacific.

Incident began at 2018-08-02 23:30 and ended at 2018-08-03 05:00 (all times are US/Pacific).

	3 Aug 2018	06:10 PDT	The issue with Dialogflow API returning 502 for detectintent requests has been resolved for all affected projects as of Friday, 2018-08-03 04:50 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
