Description: We are experiencing an issue with Google Cloud Support, beginning at Wednesday, 2020-07-21 22:00 US/Pacific.

Symptoms: Users are unable to create new support cases. Google Cloud Support Center is also affected.

Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.

We will provide an update by Wednesday, 2020-07-22 03:30 US/Pacific with current details.
