| | 19 Dec 2019 | 05:11 PST | The issue with multiple simultaneous fiber cuts affecting traffic routed through Google's network in Bulgaria has been resolved for all affected users as of 2019-12-19 02:36 US/Pacific. Google services were not reachable for users who were accessing these Google services primarily through our Bulgaria network point of presence. We thank you for your patience whilst we were working on resolving the issue. We have identified the root cause and routed affected traffic around the impacted parts of our network. We are conducting an internal investigation and will provide a detailed public incident summary at a later date. |
