File Attachments issues from Customer Care Portal and Google Cloud console

The issue with File Attachments has been resolved for all affected users as of Friday, 2022-10-21 08:15 US/Pacific.

We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue.

Summary: File Attachments issues from Customer Care Portal and Google Cloud console

Description: We believe the issue with File Attachments is partially resolved.

Uploading attachments on existing cases is now working as expected, however the issue still occurs during new cases creation.

We will provide an update by Friday, 2022-10-21 09:30 US/Pacific with current details.

Diagnosis: Customers may not able to upload File Attachments from Customer Care Portal (For workspace) and Google Cloud console (For GCP)

Workaround: Users should be able to upload attachment after opening cases.

Diagnosis: Customers may not able to upload File Attachments from Customer Care Portal (For workspace) and Google Cloud console (For GCP)

Workaround: Once the case is created, users can email the attachments to the agent assigned.
