Usage beginning at 16:30 US/Pacific was back to being monetized as normal. Data between 04:00 US/Pacific and 16:30 US/Pacific is still being back-filled and should be back to normal tomorrow AM US/Pacific time (Tuesday, 2019-02-19). We shall provide our next update by Tuesday, 2019-02-19 11:00 US/Pacific.
